La fiabilit\u00e9 du produit par la combinaison de 2 technologies est assur\u00e9e par un capteur infrarouge passif (PIR) et une antenne hyperfr\u00e9quence \u00e0 effet Doppler. Le d\u00e9clenchement de l\u2019alarme ne se fera que si les 2 technologies d\u00e9tectent simultan\u00e9ment une intrusion.<\/p>\n<p>Les d\u00e9tecteurs PIRAMID sont tr\u00e8s simples \u00e0 param\u00e9trer. Dans le cas d\u2019un montage sur un b\u00e2timent \u00e0 surface m\u00e9tallique, pr\u00e9voir un support r\u00e9sistant aux vibrations.<\/li>\n<li>Orienter le d\u00e9tecteur vers le bas de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 ce que sa couverture s\u2019arr\u00eate au niveau du sol dans la zone de protection requise. Selon le mod\u00e8le de d\u00e9tecteur, le PIRAMID assure jusqu\u2019\u00e0 30m de port\u00e9e de d\u00e9tection quelles que soient les conditions m\u00e9t\u00e9o.<\/li>\n<li>Ne pas installer le d\u00e9tecteur sous un avant-toit non \u00e9quip\u00e9 d\u2019une goutti\u00e8re. SORHEA a associ\u00e9 ces deux technologies pour d\u00e9velopper des solutions fiables de d\u00e9tection.<\/p>\n<p>La d\u00e9tection par infrarouge passif repose sur une analyse de la temp\u00e9rature \u00e9mise dans la zone surveill\u00e9e. En effet, un intrus a une temp\u00e9rature corporelle qui contraste fortement avec le reste de l\u2019environnement. L\u2019antenne hyperfr\u00e9quence quant \u00e0 elle est constitu\u00e9e d\u2019un \u00e9metteur \u00e0 fr\u00e9quence 10,5 GHz (en bande K) et d\u2019un r\u00e9cepteur \u00e0 effet Doppler, qui d\u00e9tecte les variations de signal occasionn\u00e9es par le passage d\u2019un objet dans le lobe. L\u2019association de ces deux technologies donne une solution fiable et performante en formant un rideau immat\u00e9riel de d\u00e9tection ou un lobe immat\u00e9riel (selon le mod\u00e8le de capteur).<\/p>\n<p>Si chaque technologie peut s\u2019av\u00e9rer sensible \u00e0 certaines perturbations (sensibilit\u00e9 du PIR \u00e0 la r\u00e9flexion de la chaleur et du Doppler aux mouvements de l\u2019eau), la combinaison des deux devient efficace puisque les avantages de chaque technologie annulent les inconv\u00e9nients de l\u2019autre.
