Shock detection system for fences
EASY INSTALLATION : Standalone solution, little civil engineering
RELIABILITY : Distributed intelligence, event filtering
EFFICIENCY : Precise location, zoning
Principle
G-FENCE is a shock detection system for perimeter fences. G-FENCE detects fence vibrations generated by intrusion attempts by cutting, climbing or pulling out the fence. The system then transmits alarm information via the MAXIBUS UNIVERSAL Hub.
To limit civil engineering, G-FENCE works autonomously thanks to power supply from solar panels and a batteries that are integrated into each control unit. Unique on the market, the G-FENCE innovation can be used to secure a 3200 m x 4 perimeter while guaranteeing a 1 second alarm response time and a precise intrusion location to within 3 m.
Detection adjustment is very simple. A mapping software application is used to locate zoning by superimposing it over a site plan or picture. Maintenance is facilitated as the product is easy to connect.
With its 3200 m of detection per system, G-FENCE is ideal for securing long perimeters. Compatible with all “meshed” fences, the detector cable and its equipment are easy to install on the support and can be easily replaced if the cable is cut during an aggression.
Thanks to the system’s autonomy, civil engineering operations are also limited, and the system can be used on any sensitive site configurations: oil refineries, nuclear power plants, airports, etc., but, above all, on sites where it is not possible to have an electrical power supply at the perimeter fence.

It is important to install a detector cable in the middle of the fence panel with the supplied cableties and to fix a sensor by tightening one of the cable ties on the fence mesh.
To optimise the sensor’s detection, the sensor must be placed in the middle of the panel.
Entrances and gates: use at least a 0.6mm² standard cross-section cable with a maximum length of 200 m perentrance or gate.
To secure a fence and detect any intrusion attempt, a detector cable is installed on the fence. During an intrusion, the sensors will detect vibrations on the fence and send information to the Control Units, which in turn analyse the information received before triggering an alarm, or not.
The cable is pre-assembled with easy-to-install sensors helping to reduce installation costs.
