The system consists of bi-directional 2 meter high infrared columns with 4 beams per direction, mounted on concrete blocks. Alarm information is relayed by radio to a receiver module with 8 relay outputs. The pre-wired columns have an integrated 230Vac power supply.

VIGIRIS II has been specifically designed to simplify its installation. With their integrated alignment tool, the columns are to be fixed on their concrete blocks with 230Vac power supply to be operational.

VIGIRIS II columns are to be used outdoors and have 3 independent levels of protection.

With DIS Technology 100Hz (Dual 100Hz Interlaced Scanning), each cell integrates the dual function of transmitter and receiver. Therefore, all the columns are identical. The infrared beams that are created are multiplexed and optically synchronized at a frequency of 100Hz.
