Securisation of a production plant for luxury leather goods

In the centre of France, a luxury leather goods company has opened a new factory on a site already equipped with our old MAXIRIS 2000 infrared barriers. The customer is taking advantage of this site extension to upgrade its MAXIRIS 2000 columns to MAXIRIS 3100 and benefit from the latest product innovations, such as the latest generation NCIS (New Solar Insensitive Cell) cells.
Constraints to take into account:
- The existing installation is efficient but outdated: anticipation of the obsolescence of parts of the equipment already installed to maintain a very high level of intrusion detection.
- The site is easily accessible by walking, so the detection is reinforced with a system on the perimeter fence in addition to the system inside the perimeter (infrared columns).

Our solution
To meet the client’s needs, our teams recommended replacing the old security system with:
- Our MAXIRIS 3100 infrared barriers of 3 meters and 10 cells per direction, to create a real immaterial detection wall. The columns are equipped with anti-climbing caps to prevent intrusion by column climbing. The MAXIRIS 3100 high performance barriers offer optimal security thanks to the Zoning function combined with video verification.
- Our G-FENCE 2400 shock detection cable, to detect intrusions at the fence (cutting, climbing…).
