Like every year, SORHEA production teams have conducted in December our stock inventory : an essential step in order to conclude the year and start the following one in good conditions.
The inventory keyword: organisation
During two days, they were 15 working in harmony in our warehouse. SORHEA’s employees went through the 2,000m² of storage space to reference the 2,500 spare parts and finished products stored in our warehouse.
Counting, organising, and inspecting… all these tasks could not have been carried out without preliminary organisation! This year, the warehouse has been completely reorganised to make the inventory more efficient.
The conclusion of a year of buying and selling
The inventory is an essential step for us because it allows us to update our numbers, and therefore to manage our supplies according to future orders.
This way, the last 2020 orders are guaranteed and we know exactly what we need for the first 2021 ones.
The opportunity to have a global vision on our stock
In the end, the inventory is also an opportunity for SORHEA to evaluate its stock value and to control the quality of its products.
